Your neighborhood club for sauna and plunge
Sauna culture is booming across America. Inspired by European traditions and a growing appreciation for its role in long-term health, people across the country are embracing the Nordic ritual of sauna and cold plunge.
Atlanta doesn't yet have a true home for that ritual. There's no thoughtfully designed space where heat and cold are the core experience, not an amenity or an add-on, but the whole point.
We believe this ritual doesn't require a massive, marble-clad bathhouse. It should feel like the rest of Atlanta's great intown institutions: approachable, outdoors, and built to be shared. It requires intentional design and layout, top-tier equipment, and an atmosphere people want to return to.
That's what we want to deliver:
- Beautiful container and barrel saunas
- Communal cold plunges at temperatures that work, whether you're new to contrast therapy or an experienced plunger
- Decking, seating, and lighting curated to make this a place you want to stay and return to
We're building the sort of club you'll want to use multiple times per week: casual and communal, but elevated enough to feel like an escape from the rigors of daily life. We believe Atlanta Sauna Club can help this city get healthier, happier, and challenge itself to be better.
Most of all, we believe this ritual can be a powerful way to build real community. Our long-term goal is to bring the experience to neighborhoods across Atlanta.

We're still locking in the exact format of the club. We'll likely focus on building a membership-based club, while offering drop-in hours that give people new to sauna and plunge the chance to experience the ritual for the first time.
